Giving this a 4 star as it is very good but I only have a cheaper version mat for comparison. This is high quality though and the stickiness is much better than lower priced options. It is comfortable and hopefully will last for a long time. It is a bit pricey so may be other options a bit less that are just as good. Definitely would recommend over cheap options though....

I need extra cushion on my knees when I do yoga so I thought this "extra thick" mat would be perfect. I was so disappointed! It is the exact thickness as the one I got from walmart for a third the price. Also I noticed too late that there are two links for this product. One from the seller with a 12 dollar shipping charge and no return shipping included and one from amazon with free shipping. So now I am out 23 dollars for both shipping charges and am still looking for a mat. The design is pretty though....
