This mat is amazing! I never realized a mat could make such a difference in my Yoga practice. I felt totally secure through the entire class--no slipping or sliding. Love it!
The bag is the perfect size for holding the mat, the hand towel, a water bottle, my cell phone, keys, ID, etc. And it's easy to carry.
It's a great price for some amazing Manduka products!...

This is a great yoga mat, however, if you're a sweater like I am, you'll need a larger towel to put over the mat during more intense sessions. The grip and feel of the mat are wonderful, but if it gets wet, traction is greatly diminished. Also, its quite heavy, which is no problem for a home practice, but if you travel on foot, train, or subway, you might want a lighter mat....
