Don't expect it to do your taxes or make you a sandwich, but as a yoga mat, this fits the bill nicely. I use this frequently for P90X and it hasn't let me down. It's thick enough to provide some cushioning for higher impact activities and it did a fine job staying in place on a hardwood floor. It rolls up for easy storage and quickly returns to laying flat after unrolling....
