Great price and fast shipping. The hot/cold gel pack is wonderful. However, the position of the gel pack was below the area where my pain was. Like a torn rotator cuff the pain was at the point of the shoulder and the gel pack pouch position was below the shoulder on the side. Too bad it didn't have two pouches to position the pack where the pain was....
