This is a great sticky mat. I had first purchased a thinner mat and found that my knees would get sore because there just wasn't as much cushion as I would like. I didn't want to use a blanket or towel, as I was concerned about slipping out of a pose. This was an excellent solution! The color is great too. I stack the mats as well or roll up the end for certain poses and they seem to stay pretty fairly where I place them....

I have had this mat about 2 mos now. I use it for yoga. At first there seemed to be a film on it that made it slippery. My instructor suggested I wash it in vinegar water. I did and it is great now. It is a nice thickness for those bony parts. The carrying bag works well. The green is a nice earthy color....

It is a good deal because you get the mat and the carry bag for what you will have to pay for the just the mat. If you want a nice and practical bag (one that will not require any time and effort to get the mat in) I will recommend buying the mat and the bag separately...be aware that you would have to pay around 15 dollars for the bag. If you are just looking for a simple bag and for a good price this is the perfect package....
