Prenatal Pilates Mat


Pilates is a great way to stay in shape during pregnancy, and physical therapist Sherri Betz of TheraPilates shows you how. This mat DVD teaches modifications for all three trimesters, so you can exercise safely during your entire pregnancy as well as post-pregnancy. She discusses precautions, contraindications, breathing techniques, alignment, anatomical changes, correct sitting and standing posture, and spinal stabilization principles. Some exercises use wood dowel or yoga strap (Total run time: 90 min)
