I really like my mat. I use it an hour twice a week for PiYo and it has held up great. My only problem is on the second day my feet put dark stains (had been wearing sandals all day so my fault) on it that won't come off now. Since they won't come off I just have some dark marks on it. On the first day it was a little slick from being new and my sweat. The mat only gets slippery feeling when my hands and feet are sweating giving it a reason to be. After you clean the mat it is like new again. This slipping problem is not the mat's fault in any way because it happens with others in my class who sweat with different mats. If you want the physical DVD, it must be purchased separately as "Yoga Express". The product listing here on Amazon is not misleading, but I feel that the accompanying photo is....
