I am not as excited as the first reviewer. I agree it is a pretty mat and does get noticed. As far as quality, it is no different than the less expensive mat I had. You are paying for the beautiful graphics, not the difference in the mat. All mid-range yoga mats are about the same. This mat without the picture is the same as my plain extra thick mat. The additional charge is for the graphic. If you LOVE the graphics on these mats...go for it. If you are buying the mat because you think it is far superior to any other "extra thick 1/4" solid color mat...move on. It's the same mat with a pretty picture....

Of course I was hesitant to spend $33 on a yoga mat, but when I realized how important a good quality mat is, there was no talking me out of it. When I received this mat I was blown away at the craftmanship and quality! Not only is it a one of a kind at my gym, many of my fellow yogi's wonder where I found such a beautiful mat! I love this mat! It is well worth the money! If you're going to invest in yourself, your yoga passion, definately don't hesitate to purchase this mat. You will not be disappointed!...
