My 3 yr old son received this bundle as a present, and we love it! The DVD is really set up with thoughtful insight into the "kid's mindset," as the DVD is in sections that you can do stand alone/a-la-carte. This is great for my "on the go" son who wont sit for a whole DVD, but will do 10-20 minutes. The Yoga Mat is very high quality, and frankly better than my Yoga mat. Also, my son has about 5 different water bottles but he loves his "Namaste Kid" one and carries it everywhere. I think he's just attracted to the color, but he loves it! I'm planning on using the DVD as my go-to kid birthday present from here on out!...
