Everything from Gaiam has been great. I do yoga at home, at present, due to a bad back and right shoulder. The strap helps me perform positions without pain, while I notice the benefits....

I bought this to do prenatal yoga and while it's not totally necessary the strap is good quality and works better than a makeshift strap. Also seems great for men getting into yoga to help them deepen flexibility....

I'm a tall guy (6 feet, 3 inches), so typical straps are too short for many poses. This one is long enough for me. It is exactly as described, and suits my needs....
