I have been using the skidless towel and headband during my Bikram Yoga practice and both are great. The towel is perfect mat-size and no matter how sweaty I get, it stays put on the mat. The headband was also surprisingly good - it kept the sweat off of my hair during inverted poses which allowed me to keep my mind on my breathing and off the location of my hand towel. I highly recommend both products....
