This is a really good mat for the price.
I had been browsing a bunch of types of mats and this one stuck out to me.
I liked the fact that it is environmentally friendly and spoke about supporting jumps.
The mat really does just that it has a nice natural bounce to it that helps keep my knees and other body parts happy.

I bought the blue mat.
It has a really nice thickness to it.
The mat itself seems softer then other materials that mats are made of.
And it is eco-friendly, which satisfies my hippie soul.

Not only is this mat eco-friendly it is durable and great for my practice.
Unlike many yoga mats this one offers just enough support under my knees and tender body parts.
It has help up greatly in my hot yoga classes, it cleans easily, and is still in great condition....
