I am just starting to do pilates and did not want to spend a lot of money on a mat but wanted a durable and cute mat. When I seen this mat I had to have it. Once it came it was one of my best workout investments. It is very comfortable, durable and cute! I use it for other workouts outside of pilates (when i do my P90X) my boyfriend even uses it when doing floor work. It is a great size and even the carrying straps are nice and strong....

This mat is completely wasting money. I bought it for yoga exercises and got the worst experience ever. The material is very slippery even during warm ups. It's better to do exercises on the carpet as it gives less traction than this mat.After reading reviews I assumed that I can use this mat for different purposes like abs exercises or warm ups. It does not work. I csn't return this mat in time and now I wish I could recycle it. At least recycling can make this mat useful. Advice: if you paln to commit suicide--this mat ir right for you. If you want to enjoy work outs you need to spend more money..just keep searching for better one....
