Cold Therapy Wrap is a very poor item, it is sized for a child as I am 34" waist the the fit is extremely tight. The warp seems to be of fair quality just way to small for adults. The gel pack broke open after 3 uses, what a mess. Have several different items of this type, other Mfgs. and have never had a problem with any of them. I would not recommend this product in any way.
