I received this mat 6 months ago and noticed the handles ripping out of the mat on both sides from lifting the mat about 2 months ago. I used the mat approximately 12 times in all. I was able to get a full replacement but had to spend another $65.00 on postage to send it back to the company....

This is a professional-quality mat so I should love it, but it's really too heavy for me to lift. Also, it's really cold to lay on because of the thick vinyl cover. So the two reasons I'm not happy with it have to do with my own body's idiosyncracies and not at all with the quality of the mat....
