I think that there should be at least twice as much gel in this pack to make it last a sufficient amount of time after icing down one's knees for example. As it is you may get ten minutes of cold relief. Also, a segmented coldpack that would conform better to the body would be a good improvement.
Can't really recommend this product due to its small size....
