I bought this as a present for someone who wanted a durable but simple bag with a slightly longer strap. The Gaiam bag is the only bag I could find that met those requirements. The color and material are both very nice, and I like that it is made from recycled materials. Perhaps its eco-friendliness accounts for the price--I am pretty sure the receiver of the gift thought that it was less expensive than it was. It zips very easily into the pouch size, although I doubt the person I gave it to would use that feature. Overall, I'd recommend it....
