The bands arrived on time in a priority mail envelope with no instructions, or manual. The listing states that an excercise manual is included. I contacted the seller about 6 weeks ago, they replied that they don't actually have a manual. Then suggested they could email me some instructions. These were never recieved. These bands all appear to be the same resistance level and there is nothing included to indicate which ones should be more difficult. I went to Sports Authority and bought a nice new set there that works really well. This seller is advertising something that isnt' included and fails to correct the problem, plus the product is poor quality....

Good value but bands were made from thinner tubing than other Prosource bands I had also purchased and also slightly shorter....
