For the price... I didn't mind that this ring only lasted 6 months. But having said that... it broke/cracked after that amount of time. I noticed a wonderful improvement on my thighs and would recommend this "type" of product to anyone. And like I said, for the price, just order one every 6 months if you have to....

Just get similar one from near sports goods store.
The price was listed around $14 but shipment fee was near $10.00
I regret that I ordered it which is not worth for $24.00 and also time for waiting.
It does not feel good to find about shipment fee while I thought I purchased it in a good deal....
