The ball itself is wonderful. After receiving it last week, I've used it a few times with no issues yet. However, upon pumping up the ball for use, the pump- really horrible quality anyway, I must've looked like an idiot pumping the chintzy thing- broke in my hand after I got maybe a touch too zealous, tearing open my precious finger skin. I tried sticking the pump, now broken, into the ball and blowing in it, which worked but it was hard to not breathe in the plastic... smell. Finally, I jury rigged the pump nozzle to my bike pump and got it inflated in no time after that, ready for use. I was a little afraid I would pop it, but the ball is actually really resilient and reliable (I hope, jeez). Also, I'm pretty short (under five foot) and I aaaalmost got a 45cm ball. I think it would have been a mistake; after learning how to balance (quickly, as it threw me off the first time. I learned my lesson.) it is super easy to use. I've also read you can let the air out a little bit, but I'm a little skeptical. Nah. I'll leave it the way it is.
