A zabuton is a 3 inch thick rectangular cotton cushion, used as a surface for sitting. In combination with any style of meditation cushion or on its own, a zabuton provides comfort and insulation. Filled with 100% cotton batting and tufted. For easy cleaning the Zabuton with removable (zippered) cover is recommended.
