This product is exactly as advertised. Careful what you ask for! This is a heavy duty exercise mat. It would work best in a fitness room in your house or in a gym. I find it a bit heavy for setting up on your living room floor for a quick session. But I think I will take it along camping this summer. It is a sturdy, comfortable mat, well made....

There seems to be a lot of discussion over thickness of these work out mats. This one is a good 2inches thick. This one is built like a tank. Heavy material, stitched heavily, thick pad. Seems durable and I would say worth the bread. Folds up to store easily. Probably could use as a sleeping pad....
