This brand new zabuton & Zafu set is an ideal for yoga, meditation and exercise practices, to use this zabuton on the floor for supporting, sitting and kneeling. For the sofa, you may put these cushions on the wooden sofa frame, they are maybe the seat cushions and back supporting cushions.

Overall I'm very happy with this set. It was a nice change from flat on the floor, on the end of the bed, on a chair, etc. :) I use it once a day, for 15-20 minutes. After a couple months of use the zafu has compressed a little bit. I'm a pretty average size guy, and not all that flexible, so I'm sitting a touch flatter than I'd like to be. Still, it is overall very comfortable, and the zabuton is thick and soft, so it provides a comfortable spot. It may behoove me to get a buckwheat zafu at a later date, but for my first zafu, I'm very happy with it, especially for the price....

I just recently started getting into meditation, and I wanted a set like this.
Saw that it had grey/black color option - went with it. Fantastic.

I ordered this to use as a knee pad for my computer, (I run off of a tv that isn't at desk height) and I must say that it is very comfortable and was well worth the purchase. the fabric seems very durable as well (hasn't shown any wear and tear yet). Would highly recommend it....
