It's sticky, and very slippery when wet. Not great for hot yoga. Tolerable at home, as long as you don't sweat too much....

I guess you get what you pay for. I should have bought a more expensive mat, but I really wanted a black one. This mat is slick with sweaty feet. But the worse part is I left it touching my painted wood work and a week later part of the mat stuck to it and tore off a patch when I picked it up. I won't be using it anymore....
