Sucks!!! too much Velcro. One needs help just to put it on or take it off. Is like playing with a roll of unrolled duck tape. I don't use it I may hurt mt other side fighting with this thing....

This was a deal at $9.37; I don't think I'd pay over $10 for it. I have only used it with heat so far but am very pleased with its effect. The manufacturer suggestion to heat it in the microwave on defrost for 2.5 minutes is just about right. One of the perks when using this is that you can still walk around and do other things. I am not sure how this product will hold up after long-term use because the very first time I used it the super-strong velcro began pulling up and "pilling" the fabric. Also, because that velcro is so strong you better have one good arm available to pull it apart to take it off. If both of your arms/elbows are weak or stressed, this is not the product for you unless you have somebody else around to help get it on and off. I didn't know such a product existed before I happened upon it on this site - glad to have found it....
