As a trainer, I use the step in daily workouts for clients, as well as myself. Some complain that the surface of the step really hurts them & digs into their hands leaving marks & calluses. I had, in the past, folded up yoga mats and tried to center/balance it on the top of the step while performing an exercise. not the safest, most convenient. This slip cover is fast, easy to use and PERFECT for what I need. Many client have commented on how great the cover is & said they had never seen anything like it before.
