I've had a couple different toga mats, but this one is by far the best. The bottom gives you a good grip on the floor so your mat doesn't begin to slide away, while the top of the mat gives you just enough softness to make those hard floors invisible. I does get a little softer with daily use, but it may still be a little firm for some....
