"The Gaiam Bakhti Ultra light Yoga mat, is a MUST have for the Yogi on the go, and Traveling Yogi. For years I made do doing my practice on hotel floors with bath towels. Traveling with my rolled up mat took up too much space in my suitcase and with all the new travel restrictions for carry on pieces I wasn't left with many options. Not only is this mat Ultra thin as its name implies but the gripping on the back is great for the hotel room floor or wherever I need it. I also do a lot of private Yoga Training in peoples' homes. It is not necessary for me to have my Shakti, Adara, or Jala mat to demonstrate minimally as I teach my clients. The Ultra light is easy for me to carry around NYC from client to client. I highly recommend this for any Yoga Professional too!!"
