I have been doing Shawn T's Insanity workout at home on a cement floor, with a small looped area rug. After month 1 my joints were aching so bad. So, I tried these foam mats for a little extra cushioning. The 1st time I tried them, they slid around on the floor a were a fall hazard. Then, I put some non-slip area rug protectors underneath. The next workout was difficult because the pieces kept coming apart as I was doing the exercises. Next, I put my area rug on top of the foam mats, and it worked great. Still a little bit of sliding. My joints don't hurt nearly as much with the workouts....

got the floor mats to create a softer, easier to clean boat floor, so far so good- and will be semi-easy to change out if anything happens to one. :)...

Good value at a good price. Easy to put down, easy to cut to fit. does just what I want. I am a bit conserned about wear. I hope these will wear well...
