Drishti Silk Zafu (meditation cushion) I bought this product after being on my Yoga retreat. Some awareness was brought to me about the Zafu I was using being made out of cotton (which holds energy rather than release) and how not soft, hard, rough, non-functional and heavy mine old zafu was. When I found this one on Amazon I was excited and more so when I got to use it. It was silk (which releases energy) soft, a perfect mushy, smooth, light and easy to travel with. I have bought an extra one since just to have one in my meditation room and another in my bedroom. Being someone that travels often to many locations the zafu's lightweight and side handle makes travel easy. I highly recommend even in your Yoga studio. It is functional, comfortable and easy....
