I bought this mat to start my home practice. The design made me think of a beautiful sky with bright white flowers, which I knew would put me into the right mind set for every practice. When my mat arrived I was very disappointed. It was not a bright blue but a faded blue gray and the white flowers were just gray. I expected something bright and got something bland and faded. It is not that sticky, during my practices my mat sometimes slides around. I will definitely not buy this brand again but it is a good first mat if you don't expect to get what the picture shows and do not want to invest much money....

The mat is not as bright blue as pictured. It's more grey blue.
The edges are rounded, not 90 degrees.
The white detailing doesn't pop because it is translucent allowing the grey blue to blend with the white.
Overall the mat is a more relaxed, muted version of what is shown....

The design of this mat is very cute, but I agree with the other comment that the color is more like a light blue-gray, and not the bright pretty blue pictured. I am a Pilates and yoga instructor, and have gone through at least 5-6 different yoga mats and this has been the worst quality mat I've ever used. It is not sticky enough for yoga poses where you need to have a good grip. And in just a few uses, little chunks of the mat start to come off. I would definitely not get this mat to use for yoga, and it is not very durable for Pilates either.
