The yoga towel is extremely helpful in eliminating slipping on the mat since I sweat a lot in class. Plus, it is soft and comfortable to the touch which adds a nice element. It stays in place on the mat quite well because of the rubber backing. Also, it washes up nicely. No color came off during washes. The headband is good too although I prefer those with double fabric. Good product!...
