Prompt service, but the material is a little odd, and I find myself sliding when I use the mat--good cushion, but not sticky enough....

I use this mat 3 times a week in my Pilates class. It's cushy, and it grips the floor so you don't slip. I like it much more than the foam yoga mat I had before. I like that it's biodegradable too. It's the best mat I have had so far....
