As a yoga instructor, I've tried several yoga mats and recommend this one as the best. It's a very reasonable price (less from Amazon than from the manufacturer...go figure), sticks well to the surface it's placed on and the markings make it quite easy to demonstrate footing for warrior positions and other positions. Great buy at any price but super great at the low price on Amazon....

I just got one of the new Stick-e yoga mats, and I love how useful it is! It;s got that great "line" down the middle, which helps me to line up correctly for many of the positions we perform, and then the strap! It's great for carrying, and can be used during your workout for stretching--how much more functional can a product be??? I don't slip as much on this mat as I did on my old one, so this is the mat for me! I also use Stick-e yoga socks, gloves, and towel--I'm sold on the whole line! Stick-e offers so many products for a complete workout--check them out!...

Great matt good feel on bare feet, doesnt slip around even on my new wood floor. It also rolls up nice and easy. a perfect product.......
