I have one of these travel yoga matts and I bring it with me every time I travel for work (which is frequently). It works great, and keeps me off the icky hotel floors. I typically bring my ipad or ipod and use the mp3 of Gary Kraftsow's Viniyoga for Upper Back, Neck and Shoulders.
