I decided to buy The Wave after reading mostly favorable online reviews and received it within a week's time of ordering it on Amazon.com. It does creak as others complained but for $60, I'm ok with that. I like the various routines which aren't hard to learn after a few times of doing them. Good workout option for the $$ spent....

I LOVE the WAVE. I have been doing the work outs 5 days a week for two months and have already gone down 2 dress sizes!! The workouts are fun and challenging. I used to go to the gym all the time and spend 1/2 of my work out on weights and the other half on cardio. I was so bored! With the WAVE you are combining both cardio and strength training. I have been getting quick results and all in the comfort of my own home. I switch up and combine work outs to keep my body challenged. I love that the dvds have express versions of the longer workouts when I have less time to exercise. The rock solid ab and buns workouts are killer! I have had clothes in my closet for years that I have had to get taken in by a tailor. I cannot say enough about these dvds. They are very quick moving, but stick with it. You will get the hang of it the more you do it. You will be drenched in sweat after each workout and you will be looking good too....

This workout is pretty intense. I have only folowed the vidoes 5 times now and I can feel a differnce in the way my jeans fit. After I'm done my muscles feel so sore and thats a sign of a good work out! No pain no fat loss! LOL! If your looking for a work out at home I would definitly recoomend this one. I do have to say though that the vidoes start off really fast and you should just take your time to learn the moves. I believe that the vidoes are so fast so that way once you accomplish the moves and are able to keep up you still feel challenged....
