I'm using the mat for yoga and it is perfect. Easy to unroll, clean and rolls right back with it's own carrying case for storage. I especially like the thickness and non-slip aspects. Highly recommend for floor exercising....

Just recieved this exercise mat a few days ago and I love it. I have tile floors in my home so I need some cushion for the pushin'. Also, it's about double the thickness than a regular yoga mat and I also like that it's black because I'm not really a fan for the girly color yoga mats....
