Works great. I just wish it was a bit sturdier. I only weigh 135 and it gives a bit under my weight but it does help me achieve a better stretch so i'm happy....

I got this block to help modify some of the yoga positiions I am doing as a beginner. OI am very happy both with the quality and the price of the block. From what I have seen so far Giaim is a reat compnay for yoga supplies....
