Our yoga blocks are lightweight and durable. Use them to ground your lower hand in standing poses, to space your hands in peacock pose, or to support your sacrum in bridge. Blocks have beveled edges. 3" block measures: 3" x 6" x 9".

3"x6"x9" Yoga block. No nasty small, nice and sturdy and the price was great. I'm a Yoga beginner and block helped a lot. Look forward to one day using it to do deeper stretches....

A block is a block is a block-except when they are smelly from chemicals. This J-Fit block did not have any chemical smell , which was perfect for me. I previously returned a block that was so smelly(from a different company) , I couldn't keep it in the house....
