I logged on to Amazon looking for yoga mat. I definitely found a great variety of them all comparably priced. Then I came across this kit. It comes with the mat and includes 3 workout videos and a water bottle, not to mention it looks great! Though, it was almost twice as much as a standard yoga mat, I decided to go with it because of what it comes with. But I can also purchase a different mat at any time.
