Our zabuton is filled with natural kapok. The kapok is packed to provide solid support, and yet is soft and comfort. The outer cover is made of cotton twill fabric and has a zipper along one length so that it can be easily removed and washed. Inside the cover, the kapok is enclosed in a casing. Each zabuton is approximately 30" long by 28" wide and may fits people up to 5' 10" tall.

This is a high-quality, kapok-filled zabuton with a removable cover. The only thing is that the medium is just a little too small for me (I'm somewhere between 6'0" and 6'1", or 183cm ). I should have ordered the large instead. I still use it, but my knees hang off just a little bit when I sit half-lotus. When I use a seiza bench, of course, there's no problem at all. Just be sure to get the large-sized one if you're taller than 5'11" (180cm)....
