I am new to hot yoga and love this skidless towel! It makes the postures easier to achieve and maintain because the towel absorbs sweat quickly, stays put on my mat, and doesn't bunch up. Machine washing and drying works great! If I am not washing a whole load of towels, I like to put it in a mesh bag so that the rubbery nubs on the back don't rough up any other fabrics in the load. The nubs are small and smooth, but they are rubbery. This way I can wash this towel with my color load and gym clothes. Seems to work just fine! No fading or bleeding so far after 6 uses so don't expect any....
