I got this as a present for my 2 year old niece, who (completely of her own accord) pulled out her changing mat and began mimicing her nanny doing yoga. She is over the moon to have her own yoga mat and DVD, and is striving hard to stretch big enough to fit her hands and feet onto the patterned ones.
I would recommend it....
