This seemed like a great deal...I brought to use as a travel set. But, I was so disappointed with the mat. It has no traction. Your feet slip easily on it. So unlike the reputation that Hugger Mugger has for their products. Guess that's why it's such a low price. Also, the block is smaller then a normal block. The strap and the bag are the only useful products in the kit. But if you cannot use the mat, what's the point? I hate to say it but I am going to stick with Gaim who makes the other yoga products I happily use.
