I have been practicing Yoga for about 3 years, and just recently got my certificate in teaching. I heard about this mat from a friend of mine, and so I decided to invest in one. I have been so happy with this product, it's really good material, with great non-slip action. The pictures of the poses are so convenient, even if I want to jump on my mat for 5 mins in the morning, I can just follow the easy to learn postures already printed on the mat.
This is a great product and I would highly recommend to anyone.

I am addicted to TrainerMat. As someone who emphasizes "friendly interface" and efficiency, these are PERFECT! Here's why I love my mat:
-It is LONG (six feet!) which means I can stretch along the whole thing!
-It has a foamy cushion to it for support (I have wood floors!)
-It is no-slip (You can slip it if you try hard enough, but it has a perfect grip on my wood floor)
-The stretches are easy to understand
-They recommend how long (breaths) you should hold the stretch
-There are SO MANY STRETCHES!!!
-It's Eco Friendly (I'm stunned, honestly.)
Here is the ONLY DRAWBACK I HAVE FOUND SO FAR (after 4 months of continuous use): if you poke your knees and elbows into the mat, the foam might dent a bit. This means after a few years it could lose its cushion, or from very repetitive, strenuous use. However, considering it is a recycled material mat, gorgeous, informative and STINK FREE (I know some mats are smelly) I am totally fine replacing it every 3-4 years :)...

I had the original trainer mat I bought only last year from Big 5. It was the best yoga mat I have owned (and I have owned many)
So much that I looked on Amazon for a second to keep in my other car.
This is from the same company and looks the same - but instead of the thick rubber (almost like a wet suit) material,
this one is made of cheap foam that tore and compressed in ONE use!
It is like a cheap chinese knock off of the original or the company changed the way it is made or vender they get it from.
If you have one of the old ones from 2010 - you will love it, otherwise stay away!...
