I didn't even realize at first that it came with a dvd. For reference the dvd is fine, but I much prefer the yoga series by Rainbeau Mars. The mat itself is very nice quality, and at 28wks pregnant it is standing up very well compared to off brand mats. I practice yoga nearly every day and I am very satisfied with this mat....

Got it at $11 great price! Love this shade of purple and FANTASTIC cushion and non-slip for our hardwood floors. My old foam one was slipping all over the place when I did my Power Yoga! I should've gotten this ages ago. Comes with a tiny dvd too maybe my partner can try yoga now. I think all MY dvd's might be too hard for him but he has back problems...THIS MAT IS GREAT!...

The quality of the mat is good but now that I use it regularly I wish it came with a strap or a bag. The free DVD is actually decent! It's short - just 15 minutes - but I've used it a few times in the morning or in conjuction with another exercise DVD....
