Ive been practicing yoga for Almost a decade and I've purchased many yoga mats over the years. I'd have to say you do get what you pay for. This yoga mat is by far the best one. It's thickness is perfect and it's durability is bar none. It's also A+ as far as traction goes for all those yoga poses. This will be the only one I will Purchase after my current one is done....
