The YogaAccessories™ Organic Cotton Yoga Mat is one of the nicest futon style yoga mats you'll ever see and is great for restorative yoga. It's made from organic cotton, a full 3 feet wide, and is extremely soft and comfortable. The mat has a removable cover that is also made from 100% organic cotton. It's filled with a generous 3'' of plush batting that is 80% organic and 20% chemical free cotton (this blend is used to create a smoother internal batting lining). The mat also has attached ties for easy roll-up and storage, plus comes with its own carrying strap. Because it is so portable, this yoga mat also makes a great sleeping mat to take with you on retreat. Overall size is 70'' long by 36'' wide by 3'' thick. As yoga is, after all, about satya (truthfulness), we have received feedback from customers that due to compression from packaging and shipping, the thickness of this product is more accurately described as being between 2 and 3 inches.

The description said the mat was 70" long, but the one I received was 65" long. The cover was 70", so I don't know if that's what they measure or if mine was just defective. Anyway, I'd bought this one because it was the longest I could find and I really did want a 70" (or longer) mat. The company was great about it though. They had me send them pictures and they refunded my money right away. They didn't even make me ship it back, so I gave it to a friend. The mat was high quality and if it weren't for the length, I'm sure I would have been very happy with it....

I bought this for my Thai Massage as well as yoga.
It works well for both.
I got the darker color so every little dust didn't show up on the white mat.
I like the product.
It serves multiple purposes for me and for that I am glad.

We bought two of these on September 1 as we really wanted nice organic futon mats and the sale price was irresistible. I wish I could have resisted... When they arrived, we were incredibly disappointed. The mats were terribly lumpy, and they measured several inches shorter, narrower, and thinner than described. With my boyfriend being tall, we didn't have inches to lose and counted on the mats being at least the measurements listed, if not a little extra (like when you get a box of cereal, it's always at least the net weight, usually a little more). We contacted YogaAccessories.com and they sent us instructions for returning the mats AT OUR COST. I read their return/refund policy, and it said if the items were defective they would pay return shipping - I would certainly call these defective. I contacted YogaAccessories.com and they ignored my emails until I threatened a credit card chargeback. They finally responded and asked for pictures of the defective mats, which I sent and waited for a response. No response... I had to email them again to assert my threat of a credit card chargeback, and they finally on October 5 responded stating they would issue a FedEx call tag and have the mats picked up and shipped at their cost. They said FedEx would arrive in 2-3 days to get the mats. I had them all boxed up and again played the waiting game... 8 days later, no FedEx. I called FedEx and they have no history of a call tag being issued for my address! I called YogaAccessories.com and had to leave a message, and a woman later called me back and said she'd issue the FedEx call tag that same day - which she did. She also said that the very same day she would issue the credit after she confirmed FedEx was able to pick the packages up. Well surprise surprise, no credit was EVER issued. I ended up having to follow through with my threat of a credit card chargeback to get my refund, and I notified the Better Business Bureau. YogaAccessories.com has the WORST customer service and their products don't live up to their specifications....
