I wanted a nice zafu/zabuton set for my meditation practice.
I didn't need the best of the best. Just something decent and, hopefully, decent looking.
I looked at the sets packed with buckwheat. But reading about the possible bug problem put an end to that for me.
I found this set, liked how it looked and decided to order it, even though it had no reviews. So I wasn't sure if I'd be disappointed when I got it, but I'm not.
It's a really nice set. Very comfortable. Nice and roomy. And nice looking.
I'm really happy with it....

I'm not one to go and buy the best of the best of fad items (I really hate to think of Zazen- or any other type of meditation- as a fad, but businesses sure do) because they just aren't the best for the money.
This is much cheaper than many and is just as practical. The zafu is firm, yet very comfortable and I rather like the rectangular shape to it. The zabuton is more comfortable and serves its purpose well.
If looking for a bargain on a great product, this is definitely what you're looking for.

The zabuton is very comfortable. I'm not too sure about the rectangular zafu, I prefer round ones (I got this as a gift), but it works. However, when I brought it to a retreat, they required that I only use black zabuton and zafu, and the zafu had to be round. I was able to flip the zabuton over to the all black side, but I was not permitted to use this zafu. If you are only using this for home use, then you should be fine, and it is a really good deal....
