This yoga mat is ideal for larger practitioners. I'm 6'3" and have plenty of room, finally. The extra thickness is noticeably more comfortable....

Not too sticky, we'll see how it improves with use. The forest green color is not a pleasant forest green, it's rather medicinal. So skip that color.
It is thicker and longer....
